App troubleshooting

I downloaded an app called “Planner Pro - Daily Calendar” on my iPad. I then downloaded the app on my iPhone. However, the events I put in the app using my iPad isn’t showing up in the app on my iPhone? How do I fix this so that if I make changes in the app using my iPad it reflects in the app on my iPhone?

From our understanding, you have Planner Pro - Daily Calendar app on both your iPad and iPhone, however the changes made to the iPad aren't syncing to the iPhone. We recommend making sure both the iPhone and iPad software are up-to-date: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch Afterward, ensure both devices have the latest version of the app: How to manually update apps on your Apple device Restart both devices and check to see if the issue is resolved.
