I can't update my software latest version.

I can't update my software latest version. There is no update on App Store and I can't use some of the applications without it. What to do?

It still shows version 10.13.6 (17G14042) but there should be already macOS X v10.14 or later

MacBook Pro (2020 and later)

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and if your Mac model is recent enough, click on Mojave, Catalina, or Big Sur.
