Multiple iPhones screen mirroring versus alternatives

Using iPhone 12s, we'd like to show multiple phones on the MacOS (2013 MacPro) monitor at once. Using the built in mirroring function of the iPhone, we can mirror to the MacPro. But the resolution seems low, and a bit noisy within the image. I cannot tell if we are getting 30fps, os somewhat lower. Is there a better way to get multiple iphones onto the MacPro screen? Using ethernet adapters on the phones for example? Eventually we want to stream the image of all the phones so we will use something like OBS to do a screen capture. We are using a UHD monitor so would like to capture UHD resolution.
