battery dying so fast

My battery life seems to be dying fast with 62% battery performance, lately I have been experiencing a sudden shutdown of my phone while the battery is over 45% ? Once I start charging starts with 10% and charges very fast to 100% again it stays 100% though I have used the phone for over an hour actively ?

Have Apple teplace the battery. It should have been done at 80% It is now 62%!
