It says disconnected till tomorrow and 5 min later ot looks up wit whatever weak signal low bandwidth bs network it has sniffed out. And i cant do my stuff please make it stop also the wifi is not off its just disconnected that is deceptive

Turning it off in Control Center does not turn off WiFi, it just drops your current connection til next morning.It does not turn off WiFi.
Turn off WiFi in Settings, Wifi and forget any remembered networks (These must be open networks without password.)
