How To Remotely Control iPhone Video Camera From Macbook (Not just shutter but settings too)

Is there ANY way to control the iPhone video camera remotely? I can't find ANYTHING. There is no way to set your iPhone on a tripod, walk away and have full control of it from your macbook.

Here is an example. I have a bird feeder. I would like to set up my phone on a tripod and film the birds at different frame rates and resolutions. There are apps and methods and physical bluetooth remotes etc, but those only activate the shutter. There is no way to change the camera settings. Why does nothing like that exist? I know Filmic Pro and other 3rd party apps might be able to do it, but I want to shoot and analyze the quality with the native capture app
