To start, please let us know if you've had an opportunity to verify that the date, time, and time zone on your paired iPhone are correct. To do so, you'll want to follow the instructions in this guide:
If you can’t change the time or time zone on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch - Apple Support
If you use any kind of VPN software on your iPhone, head into Settings > General > VPN, and ensure that VPN is disabled, or delete any associated VPN app.
If possible, join a different Wi-Fi network on your paired iPhone, and ensure that it is charging as well.
