I’m trying remove my son from Apple ID. HELP!!!!
No matter what we try we can’t get his phone off my account

On his device you will need to turn off FaceTime, iMessage and Find My iPhone, log out of your iCloud account (Settings > your Apple ) and then log in to his new iCloud account. You will need to do the same thing for the iTunes account.
