My app and payment

5.05 I got notifications about monthly payment for app - 7$. BUT I checked my subscription and there no one app with payment today and also with same price.

how I can get information about it?

Problem while app purchase subscription my payment method is mobile bill , I subscribed to app called Chegg and i got the message says that purchase complete and you are all set but then I contacted the app and they told me that they don’t see that I subscribed! I checked my active subscription and it shows that it’s active now my mobile bill is charged but I didn’t use the app!! Please help

Billing Problem Whenever I try to update this free app of mines it says there was a billing issue with a previous purchase. Ive tried to see if I have any unpaid purchases, but it’s trying to charge me just to look at them.
