How to try to get 4G network on iPhone 5s? My iPhone 5s version is 12.5.1 . Can I get 4G network ?

My Question is very helpful for me and other iPhone 5s user.

Your iPhone supports 4G. For more help and information on this, please contact your iPhone Cellular Carrier.
