since the update 14 and 14.1, the call volume of my iphone 11 has been very low. i cannot hear the voice of the person on call. I can only hear the voice on loudspeaker or using my airpods. Please suggest a solution.

If the behavior persists, let us know if you notice the same thing if you place a FaceTime voice call.
