Can you use any SIM card carrier with the apple watch SE?
I’m thinking of buying an Apple Watch SE (in Spain) but I’m not really sure what SIM carriers work. If not, does this mean my SIM card will not work with my Apple Watch?

There is no physical SIM. The Apple Watch uses an eSIM (electronic SIM)
The Cellular + GPS Apple Watch shares the iPhone's phone number, and the carriers that support the Apple Watch charge a monthly fee. In the U.S. the fee is $10 per month. Here is a list of carriers that support the Apple Watch:
