Hardware or Software problem

My MacBook Pro 2019 model flashes while watching Netflix. Its so annoying. I wanna to know it is hardware problem or software. Is there anyone who has the same problem like me???

Hi,

Try to check your MacBook Pro with Apple Diagnostics if it's caused by hardware related issues(VFD001 to VFD007).

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support

If it doesn't help, try to start up in Safe Mode then normal boot which could solve the issue.
