iPad is frozen and cannot enter passcode
My iPad is frozen. I cannot power off with the message displayed to power off it enter passcode

if you have a home button on your iPad press and hold the lock and home button until the apple logo comes up.
If you do not have a home button press and hold the lock button and the volume up button until the apple logo comes up.
