When screen mirroring between my ipad and LG smart tv video on the tv will freeze and disconnect from the ipad.
This is after months of no issues using this setup. The ipad has the most recent update. The LG smart tv is updated. The WiFi signal is strong and both devices are connected to the same WiFi.
The ipad does not freeze. The LG tv appears to freeze and disconnect. This happens with any type of screen mirroring; ipad video, zoom, etc.

have you tried restarting the tv (not just pushing the power button on it but from the wall) and the iPad?
also, have you tried restarting the WIFI router etc connecting them both?
If you leave it does the screen start working again?
This would show that there is a connection problem. Is the tv connected by WiFi or Ethernet cable?
All of those things have been done.
After the screen on the tv freezes it disconnects from the ipad.
have you looked into this being the problem?
We’ve checked the strength of the WiFi signal and it seems to be strong and working for everything through the tv except the screen mirroring connection to the ipad.
the signal doesn't mean it is able to work fully at the speed it needs to do what you need it to.
the problem looks to be a problem with the network mostly I would say.
