Thanking in advance for any help offered.
My wife's AWS4 is acting up. Flashing logo whilst charging and can't turn on.
I've looked up online for solutions.
The main one was holding side button and digital crown down together for 10 sec but when i did that nothing happened, blank screen. Even holding side button down for 20 sec does nothing.
Is the watch bust?
Appreciate any help I can get.

It looks to be a hardware problem on the watch mostly water.
your best bet would be to go to Apple help and ask them to take a look be that at a store or sending it in for repair.

have you disconnected the watch and the power puck from the wall? Does it sound like you also have an apple watch, have you tired charging on this puck?

min not sure I understand your meaning of power puck? Did you mean to say AW charger? When it’s charging it shows blinking Apple logo. I can’t turn it on.
Yes I did mean that, have you switched it off at the wall?
