iCloud silently blocking confirmation emails?

I am no longer receiving confirmation emails from Binance.US. When ever I attempt to withdraw, transfer funds or just making a simple purchase the confirmation emails no longer appear. Two weeks ago I did not have this problem and was able to receive all email from Binance.US before that sudden change.

I have contacted Binance.US support and was told their system was successfully sending all emails to me therefore I am led to believe the issue is with iCloud.

does iCloud silently filter certain messages without sending them to the trash or spam folder? If so how do I stop this from happening as it is not affecting my income. Since I am unable to receive confirmation emails from Binance.US I am unable to withdraw my funds.

If there is a solution please help.
