Anti-reflective coating issues, Apple declined to give a guarantee
I found out today that my MacBook Pro (Mid-2015) purchased on April 8, 2017 is not supported by Apple's warranty on the anti-glare issue. I am very disappointed, a problem like this is not expected on a $ 2500 laptop.
In a call with Apple support (case 101381726973) I was informed that my MacBook Pro lost Apple support for a matter of days, which made me even sadder.
I come here to ask if there is any way for me to complain and get support from Apple?
