Cannot get information about Refund Status for a recent cancelled order

I ordered a pair of Powerbeats Pro on apple.com and then I had to cancel them, I ordered them on Friday, and as per apple, they should have initiated the refund on Monday, I still haven't got the refund and it's Wednesday here, No mail or any kind of help from apple.

what do I do
