When I try to add an app or more storage it says my account has been locked, how do I get it unlocked?

See the following support documents depending on the exact wording of the message you are seeing:


  1. If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
  2. If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
