Hi I forgot my sister forgot her iphone password and now the phone is blocked. It requires her to connect to iTunes and she had not used iTunes before

You need a computer and the AppleID password, and it will wipe the phone

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled
