My issue is when my I-phone 6 was ruined and I bought an I-phone SE I think I created a second account. I’m still paying $2.99 a month in storage for the I-phone 6 and now the storage on my SE is full. Is there a way to find the Apple account information from my I-phone 6 and hopefully recover pictures/videos or at the very least have the $2.99 a month I’m paying switched to my SE?

The only way to transfer that data and/or cancel any subscriptions are to sign into the Apple ID. If you do not recall what your Apple ID is then a great place to start is by checking out the steps in article: If you forgot your Apple ID. From there once you have access to your account you can either sign into that Apple ID on your iPhone and the photos and data in iCloud will automatically be transferred to that device, or you can cancel the current subscription you have by going to Settings > Name > iCloud > Manage Storage.
