files named in korean displays weird on icloud windows(NTFS)

I had this issue couple years ago.

I am tired of apple tech supports. They all told me to reinstall the icloud again and again.

I subscribe apple one Premier. Apple had this known issue for Korean language(or non-latin) between different file systems.

They don't even try to fix it or make it better.

The rate for icloud app in microsoft store is 2 out of 5, Itunes is 2 out of 5.

Instead of improving the app quality, They just decided to blame Microsoft Windows and Users.
