Hello my Iphone keeps freezing and I recently got a replacement.

Hello, my iPhone keeps on freezing and I recently got a replacement so it can not be the phone. I have also restarted my phone without using my icloud back up and still seem to freeze occasionally. I also updated the phone to the latest software. I have a iPhone 11 pro and at this point I feel like someone is hacking into my iphone and lapop

Did you ever figure out what was going on? Mine feels like I picked up a virus or someone is hacking it. It is extremely slow, my apple music wont load now, I can't get into the settings for Apple Music. They told me to download the new update, while doing so, it cancelled and now it just shows the revolving thinking frame when looking for updates....
