I used to be able to send or reply to reply an email, but now with all the different updates I am able to do this. They all get stuck in the outbox, the same goes for my iPad, so I have to send it or reply to using my computer.
Why is this happening? It was so easy to dictate an email on the iPhone or my iPad than on my computer.

Hard to know without seeing more information, but the first think I would do is go to Settings-->Mail-->Accounts and ensure that your email accounts are properly set up.
That would mean that one of the recipient's emails providers are rejecting the email. Either it is incorrectly spelled or the owner has set up restrictions.
This is the message I get when trying to send or reply to an email.
Cannot send mail
The server rejected one of the recipient's addresses. The message has been placed in your outbox.
But I have the correct email address, so what gives?
