Can I use Apple TV on my Sony tv

Depends on your model of Sony TV, some Sony TVs have access to the Apple TV App.

See here: link-> Apple TV app - Devices - Apple

Check that your Tv is one of the supported models, if it is, and you are in a supported country, you should be able to download the App from your TVs App Store.
