14.5.1 iphone 7 plus. downloaded update. Tap on "install Now" produces no response. Auto updates are off

All other updates have completed without drama, despite my language setting being English - Australia.

i can only suppose someone was having a tiring day and missed the input for languages.

Lawrence....you have reduced the 'frustration' level to zero. (yes, really!)

That worked immediately. The update has finished. All is well with the world again.

I have just deleted the update. I note that the update measured 400+ mb....it was only supposed to measure 100+ mb.

downloading again now.
