“Your phone is compromised” msg

what do I do if my calendar app starts filling up with random “VPN” and “your account has been compromised” msgs? No idea if the msgs are real as I’m scared to click on any links provided as I’ve read they are how they get in.


im really lost and nothing sure what apps are safe to sign in to so I can change passwords.
