iPhone 12 Pro Max - Hot pixel in pictures and videos taken with tele objective?

I found today that all the pictures and videos taken with the tele objective have six red dots visible in the picture/video (Video and picture as attachment). Material taken around month ago doesn't have those spots.


What might this be about, hot/dead pixels in the camera sensor?
