My iPhone 7plus speaker is dimmed, unable to make calls, send voice messages and video calls...my software is updated I tried to reset all my settings several times no changes at all...anyone who can help?

Thank you for posting your question to Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you're experiencing an issue where the speaker button on phone calls is greyed out.
You mentioned testing video calls. Are you able to record and playback a recording in the Voice Memos app? Use the Voice Memos app
If you're unable to start a recording or playback your recording, we'd recommend contacting Apple Support to look into possible service options: Get Support
