What’s the difference between a iPad MD785B and today’s 2021 model thinking to buy a new iPad for my wife

The old device should be an iPad Air 1st generation and these are its tech specs:--> https://support.apple.com/kb/sp692?locale=en_US

These are the specs of the two 2021 iPad Pros (11" 3rd gen & 12.9" 5th gen):--> iPad Pro - Technical Specifications - Apple
