Apple Watch won’t stop talking. Cannot key in password

Hello everyone. My Apple Watch suddenly has this English lady speaking whenever I tap the home button and the Digital Crown. I cannot access the apps easily and cannot key in my password. Tried to update the software but I couldn’t.

  1. Open the Settings app  on your Apple Watch.
  2. Go to Accessibility > VoiceOver, then turn on VoiceOver.
  3. To turn VoiceOver off, double-tap the VoiceOver button.
  4. Ask Siri. “Turn VoiceOver on” or “Turn VoiceOver off.”

You can also use your iPhone to turn on VoiceOver for your Apple Watch—open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, tap My Watch, go to Accessibility, then tap the VoiceOver option. Or, use the Accessibility Shortcut.
