Return of Apple TV 4K

I saw Apple's announcement of the new Apple TV 4K and purchased one (plus HomePod and HomePod mini) for my 2nd home in Bend, OR. I had it shipped there. When I got there this past weekend I started to install and noticed that the remote was different than the one in the pictures about the tv4K. Upon further investigation these items have the EXACT same name and no way to differentiate, and now it appears that the "new" A12 tv4K is only available later this month. I am back in my San Diego home and brought the tv4K with me. I have never plugged in the "old" tv4K and wish to return to Apple and place an order for the "new" A12 tv4K. Please let me know if you can help me out. I have been an Apple customer for almost 40 years. I have a MacBook, iMac, 3 iPhone 12s, HomePod, HomePod mini, older Apple TV..... I am hopeful that since Apple made this naming very confusing after your announcement you will find a way to help me out. Thank you.
