Area Code
App Store is not accepting my area code for Roatan, Honduras
The zip code for the Island is 34101 and it is not accepted.
There is no other code though...
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.3

An area code is for telephones.
A zip/postal code is for a physical address to receive mail.
You are mixing the two in your post, but they are not the same thing,
M1 Mac mini, macOS 11.3.1; Watch, series 5 GPS/cellular, watchOS 7.4.1; iPad Pro 2nd Gen, iPadOS 14.5.1; iPad Air 2, iPadOS 14.5.1; iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14.5.1; TV 4th Gen, tvOS 14.5 HomePods, audioOS 14.5 and Airport Express w/ Airplay 2

That red alert suggests that you are perhaps trying to establish your account in the wrong App Store because it is asking for a postal code that is letters and numbers and according to this link, all of the postal codes for Honduras are strictly numbers.

is there away around this code as we do not have any other codes on the island.
This is a user-to-user forum, not Apple Support. If you want to contact Apple Support, use the "Get Support" link at the top right of every page of these forums.
We know that you already have an Apple ID that functions because you can sign in and use the Apple Support Communities.
However, it appears that you are triggering something as you try to add your billing address that makes the system think that you are adding an address for somewhere else, not in Honduras.
So how do I use my Apple product in Roatan where I live? Surely I should be able to access the App Store from here!
It is not letting me though because of the Zip Code issue.
Thanks for your reply, however I am having a problem with the Zip code not the area code.
It doesn't accept the Zip code for Roatan
If you're being asked for a "zip code", you've probably selected the wrong region. "Zip code", as far as I know, is generally used in the U.S. Make sure that you have selected the right region.
Okay, in that picture is does not say "Zip code", it says "postcode". That would indicate it's not the problem I suggested.
