FOGGY CAMERA LENS FRONT AND BACK

I tried using my iphone 11 underwater. I didn’t noticed my camera lens has been covered with moist not until my iphone started to restart unexpectedly all the time. What to do? Both my front and back camera lens has been covered with moist, I tried to blowdry it but it doesn’t work. All I thought iphone 11 is water resistant?? I only used the phone underwater for about 13 seconds!!!! and at the same time it reboot unexpectedly all the time!!!
