When I try to change my ID the ID that is refered to has a domain of sncglobal.net instead of sbcglobal.net. how can I get verification? I have an Apple ID I can't transfer apps from old iphone to new. Somehow my ID changed domain from sbcglobal.net to sncglobal.net. Help?

idmsa.apple.com I've read in other articles that idmsa.apple.com is part of Apple's login subdomain or rather, but when i go directly to said link, Apple redirects me to the page not found site instead. Is there another link that will lead me directly to a sign in page that I can type in by hand to sign in with my Apple ID?
