iCloud Win10 App does NOT interface with MS Outlook 2019

While multiple people may be reporting the same thing, there are different possibilities for what may have caused this particular issue.

You may need to contact Apple Support, or even Microsoft, but let's first rule out some basics:

1. As you mentioned setting up iCloud for Windows, but now your contacts are missing from Outlook, are they on iCloud? You can check on this link: iCloud
2. Have you already checked for any Windows updates, or even updates for Outlook?
3. Has a restart been tried of your PC? If not, please try one now to see if there are any changes in Outlook.

Let's continue ruling out some other possible causes, along with confirming some of the details asked in the previous message:

1. You mentioned that the Outlook app doesn't show any contacts, but when you logged into your account from the Outlook website, did they show there?
2. As it wasn't clear, are your missing contacts from Outlook showing when you checked from the iCloud website itself?
3. Has a restart been tried of your PC?
4. Do you have other accounts to syncing with contacts other than Outlook and iCloud? If yes, do they also have missing contacts?
