Hello. I just bought a brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max and AirPod pros And I believe they both come with free Apple Music for a limited time and I cannot find any information about it since I turned my phone on. Where would I go to redeem that?

If you did not buy them directly from Apple, contact the place where you bought them from. The only free trial from Apple that I know of is this:
