What is an Interval plist file?
Somehow I have a file out of place: Intervals_D247E02D-B7B5-57E5-8560-E1BCB4AE0AF8.plist
I have no idea where it is supposed to go or if I can delete.
Please advise.

Those are crash reports in ~/Library/Application Support/CrashReporter/
But what makes you think it's out of place?
Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes.
Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
It ended up in my trash by accident with discarded log & crash files. Have no idea where it came from. No I do. Thx for your help! ;D
Now I do. Now - typo - thx. Need more coffee.
Good news, take care my friend! :)
