Whenever I reply to 2 or 3 messages in a short span of time i get this message, “You’ve exceeded the posting limits. Please try again in a few minutes.”

i have to wait 10 m before i can post another reply. Does it happen to anyone else?

Yes, all users are subject to posting limits. The restriction will relax with time and your number of posts. Be patient.
