My watch is locked, won’t connect to Bluetooth and is now unpaired from my iPhone and still locked!! How do I fix this?

Watch somehow got disconnected from iPhones Bluetooth! Couldn’t get it reconnected! I went in and “unpaired” watch. Watch was locked until I unlock iPhone but since I couldn’t connect it I couldn’t unlock the watch. Now it’s still locked, acting as it’s paired and my iPhone can’t pair to it again. How can I unlock watch with opening the iPhone when it’s not paired/connected to iPhone any longer?

On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Go to Find Iphone.

Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase Apple Watch.

Select Next until the device is erased.

Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
