Can I change my 11 pro iPhone to Touch ID instead of Face ID? If so, how?

Use Face ID on your iPhone or iPad Pro - https://support.apple.com/HT208109

Turn off Face ID:

Go to Settings> Face ID & Passcode

Enter your passcode

Turn off the toggle for iPhone Unlock through Face ID.
