LG TV No Response Homekit
When my LG TV is off (I have 3) it shows as “no response” in homekit. Once it is powered on homekit “finds” it again. So I cannot turn on any of these TVs with homekit.
Two things:
- Even when off, it still shows as connected in my Eero app (I have an Eero router) but just has no activity. Will simply say “last active 1/1/2021 9 pm” Not sure if that means it is connected but I think it is because....
- I can turn the TV back on again with the LG ThinQ app. I’m pretty sure it is doing this via wifi because I turned off Bluetooth on my phone and it can still turn on the tv.
So...why the heck can’t HomeKit do this as well????
