I’ve NEVER HAD OPTION TO ANSWER security questions! Only 2 factor authentication, password & Touch ID...

How do I get the option to even HAVE THE LUXURY OF HAVING SECURITY QUESTIONS TO ANSWER?! I’d like that extra layer of security! Any ideas?

Again, I DIDN’t FORGET THEM- I just never had them in the first place 😔..... any help? Thanks so much for your time and attention to this matter!

For quite some time now Apple has been very strongly urging users to use Two Factor Authentication instead of security questions. --> https://support.apple.com/HT204915 "With two-factor authentication, you don't need to remember any security questions. We verify your identity exclusively using your password and verification codes sent to your trusted devices and phone numbers. When you enroll in two-factor authentication, we keep your old security questions on file for two weeks in case you need to return your account to its previous security settings. After that, they're deleted."

For a while now, when I change my 🍎 ID password, a verification code DOES NOT COME UP! Instead, a box comes up asking for my iPhone passcode that says: “You can reset your password from this iPhone because you are signed in to iCloud and have a passcode enabled.” Is that right? When would a verification code come up then? I’m confused - I’ll attach some photos….. thanks for your help! I sure need it!

Thanks so much…… however I’m wondering if it’s secure? I say this because at one point 2 years ago, my iPhone 6S and my Gmail account were hacked -…. And now when I try to sign in with my 🍎ID to my old iPad Air ( a device a hacker had hands on access to at one point- yes, I’ve changed my 🍎ID since) … it seems like it’s being controlled by someone else… I know, I know!! I’m not crazy! When box would come up to sign in, the MAGNIFYER would pop up and zoom in on the password I was typing AND it kept throwing in extra letters and numbers- or erasing it as I got to last character; (the magnifyer was turned OFF in Settings- as well as all other accessibility features)….. 🍎 says it’s probably “Ghost Touch”? And almost impossible to hack an 🍎 device that way ….. I’m not so sure - I have pictures….. is there anyone who thinks it’s not ghost touch and I actually might be able to use my iPad again?
