Does Apple still offer a student discount for upgrading iphone icloud storage plan? If so, how do you redeem?

I have never heard of a discount for iCloud storage for students. Student discounts exist for Apple Music. The only "discount" for iCloud storage for students is actually completely free storage for a managed account.
