What if the only apps on my watch are ones I can not delete - ones that apple installed and I am not able to delete?

I’ve tried 3 times to update my series 3 watch. It’s says there is not enough room. There are no apps on it except the one apple installs that I can not delete. I’ve tried unpairing and repairing. No luck. What now?

Thank you for your response. I have already tried what you suggested - the only apps left on my watch at this time are one that apple installed and they will not delete. I have unpaired and repaired it to my phone. I have turned the watch off and back on and will try to update one more time.

Hi,

Delete apps from your Apple Watch

  1. Press the Digital Crown to see all of your apps on the Home Screen.
  2. If your Home Screen is in grid view, touch and hold an app lightly until the app icons jiggle. ...
  3. If your Home screen is in list view, swipe left on the app you want to delete, then tap the red delete button.
  4. Press the Digital Crown to finish.
