Which applications might those be?

What happens when you try?

Are you downloading from the Mac App Store, or from the vendor’s website?

If from Apple, some sort of Apple ID verification requirement?

If the InShot app you seek is not available in the app store in your country or region, and/or the app is not available for your Intel Mac, then contact the app vendor InstaShot and request that it be added, or that it be created.
