Can I install Windows on two computers

I've recently purchased Windows 10 for my MAC desktop to enable me to use a design program that requires it. Can I also use this same Windows program on my MacBookPro without purchasing a second Windows program?

Windows Retail License (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/Useterms/Retail/Windows/10/Useterms_Retail_Windows_10_English.htm) , look at 2e, which says...

Backup copy. You may make a single copy of the software for backup purposes, and may also use that backup copy to transfer the software if it was acquired as stand-alone software, as described in Section 4 below.

You should ask Microsoft if 'Backup' includes 'Active' use on more than one machine.
