Apple Watch SE

I was out one night, and I didn't get home in time to charge my apple watch, it is now in a power reserve mode with the red lighting on the left and green time on the right, but now it won't charge at all, and it won't let me restart it. this is a BRAND new watch. I just got it in December. I haven't had any issues with it at all until now.
