A search of my home library's inter library loan catalogue did not find the full guide, but did list several titles of 'digests' derived from it.

Your local library is likely connected to an ILL network, so do extend your search to include that resource.

Pages does not ship with any version of an APA style guide. You can pay APA $45USD for their spiral-bound 7th version, and create styles in a new Pages document that you make into a template. That would be an enormous undertaking.

Your local library may have a copy of the 7th Edition of the APA Style Guide, but don't expect free copies to be available elsewhere as it is a profit center for APA. Another online source is from USC.

What you likely won't find is a Word document with all of the APA7 style content all ready for you to open in Pages.
